Ensemble Assorti Debuts with a Mother’s Day Treat

Ensemble Assorti presents its debut concert Classical Captive – an art song degustation menu set during the trio’s months of lounge room lockdown in 2020. The trio features soprano Chloe Lankshear, and guitarists Heathcliffe Auchinachie and Dennis Van Rooyen. The program includes brand new arrangements by the trio of well-loved pieces by Schubert and Poulenc, as well as Benjamin Britten’s song cycle On This Island and guitar duets by Kunda, Tedesco, and Yoshimatsu.
