Showcasing classical music with a uniquely Australian edge, Phoenix Collective presents Tango Origins & Passion.

Joining forces for this concert are Dan Russell (violin), Maggie Ferguson (bandoneon) and Katie Robinson (piano). The ensemble will stage early and traditional works from the birthplace of Tango, Buenos Aires, and by the father of Nuevo Tango, Astor Piazzolla. The emphasis in this music lies very much in interpretation which expresses the complex rhythms and teasing pauses of the intensely intimate Tango.

Tickets | Adults $35 | Concession $28 | Students $15 | Family $86

Bookings: Annandale, Green Point or PCMUSIC.NET or by phone: 0402 544 016
