Confessions of a Romantic from Selby and Friends

Selby and Friends promise a mix of passion and romance when they present three works of by a trio of composers from the Romantic era – Edvard Grieg’s Andante con moto in C minor EG116 for piano trio, Felix Mendelssohn’s Piano Trio in C minor, Op.66 and Johannes Brahms’ Piano Trio in B major, Op.8.

Pianist Katherine Selby is joined by Principal Cellist from the Australian Chamber Orchestra, Timo-Veikko Valve and violinist Vesa-Matti Leppänen, Concertmaster of the NZSO.
