Elektra reviews – Final Performance Tonight
The topic of the moment amongst Sydney’s classical music fans is the concert production of Richard Strauss’ Elektra by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra conducted by David Robertson. The second and final performance is in the concert hall tonight, Monday 24th February. It is possibly a once in a lifetime opportunity to hear soprano Christine Goerke and experience this monumental work with a supporting cast of some of Australia’s best voices.
