‘Out West Piano Fest’ Inaugural October Festival Of Piano In Bathurst

It might be cold in Sydney right now but you can look forward to the warmer weather with a cultural getaway celebrating sublime music, gastronomy and wine, at the inaugural Out West Piano Fest this 1-3 October long weekend in Bathurst, presented by the Sydney International Piano Competition.

This immersive three-day festival features Italian/Slovenian pianist Alexander Gadjiev performing six sumptuous concerts, paired with memorable food and fine wines, held at historic Blackdown Farm, the former home of acclaimed Australian artist Tim Storrier. The festival also features pianists Tamara-Anna Cislowska, Stephanie McCallum and Calvin Abdiel performing music from JS Bach to Smetana, Chopin to Scriabin in program themes which range from dance to Italy, to nature.

Festival ticket packages are priced from $300 for all six concerts and from $690 for concert and dining experiences combined. Premium options are also available.
