Now she\u2019s taking the electric atmosphere further by making the first-ever live Yellow Lounge recording <em>Anne-Sophie Mutter, the Club Album, Live from the Yellow Lounge.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cYellow Lounge is a unique concept,\u201d said Mutter after her first performance. \u201cIt introduces young people to great music, in intimate settings that really bring performers and listeners close together.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The event lived up to the Yellow Lounge style of a relaxed and unorthodox crowd for classical music, and a deeply intense, up-close-and-personal listening experience.<\/p>\n<p>On stage with Mutter were her longtime accompanist Lambert Orkis, the Mutter Virtuosi \u2013 a hand-picked ensemble of young alumni of the Anne-Sophie Mutter Foundation \u2013 and star harpsichordist Mahan Esfahani who has also made a solo debut album with Deutsche Grammophon.The programme spanned three centuries of classical music \u2013 from Bach and Vivaldi to Gershwin and John Williams \u2013 and was conceived by the violinist exclusively for this Yellow Lounge event and the accompanying album.<\/p>\n<p>The album, released on September 4th, coincides with Mutter&#8217;s tour to Sydney to perform the music of \u00a0<span style=\"text-align: -webkit-center;\">Dvo\u0159\u00e1k\u00a0<\/span>with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra t the Sydney Opera House on September 23, 25 and 26.<\/p>\n<p>On the CD:<\/p>\n<p>Vivaldi: <em>Presto [The Four Seasons &#8211; Concerto In G Minor, RV 315, &#8220;The Summer&#8221;]<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Gershwin: <em>1.
