Emile Cantor and Acacia Quartet<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Acacia Quartet Presents 4 + Viola!\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>welcoming special guest Emile Cantor, international viola soloist who returns to Australia to join the quartet for a program of viola quintets by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart,\u00a0Nick Wales and Antonin Dvorak.<\/p>\n

The program will feature Mozart’s exquisite String Quintet in G minor, K516, Boomi’s Ray<\/em> by Australian composer Nick Wales, best known for his collaborations, notably with Sarah Blasko and the Sydney Dance Company and Dvor\u00e1k’s joyful String Quintet Op. 97,<\/em> which he wrote during his summer vacation in Spillville, Iowa in 1893, just after his famous American quartet.<\/p>\n
