The Grigoryan Brothers, Slava and Leonard, will preview the original motion picture soundtrack to the new cinematic release,\u00a0A Boy Called Sailboat,\u00a0<\/em>playing famous tunes re-arranged for guitar duo \u2013 including Amazing Grace, The House of the Rising Sun, My Bonnie Lies Over the<\/em> Ocean\u00a0<\/em>and more.\u00a0All the music on the soundtrack has been arranged by the Grigoryan brothers and all are traditional except for Distancia,\u00a0<\/em>composed by Slava and Leonard Grigoryan and Stephen Foster’s\u00a0Oh Susanna.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n The film has been praised at international festivals and is expected to be released in Australia early next year. Meantime, select preview screenings will occur around the country throughout November and December, with award-winning guitarists Slava and Leonard Grigoryan performing their soundtrack live.<\/p>\n Deep in the American South, a little boy named Sailboat lives in a slanted house held up with a stick. His mother hasn’t set foot outside the house in years, his father drives a car with no doors, his grandmother is in hospital and his best friend cannot blink.
