Live at Lunch presents Viva L’Italia: Life is Beautiful!
Chatswood Concourse Theatre’s popular lunchtime concert series Live at Lunch presents Viva L’Italia: Life is Beautiful! featuring virtuosi accordionist Marcello Maio, guitarist Giuseppe Zangari and renowned flautist and Artistic Director of Live at Lunch, Jane Rutter.
Celebrating the music of Italy, the three will perform the beloved works of Vivaldi, Giuliani, Corelli and Rossini, as well as gorgeous Tarantellas and southern Italian dances in this intimate concert. The concert will also feature Piovani’s exquisite work, Beautiful that Way, from the film Life is Beautiful.
Marcello Maio and Giuseppe Zangari are both renowned instrumentalists. Marcello Maio’s versatility across a range of musical genres has established him in some of Sydney’s most highly acclaimed Latin, Jazz and World music ensembles, and Giuseppe Zangari has performed extensively as a soloist and chamber musician at festivals and concerts across the world.
