Music takes shape with ‘The Painted Bach’

For the last Bach in the Dark event for 2013, series curator and cellist Rachel Scott has devised something special which she has called The Painted Bach.

See the music take shape before your eyes as Sydney visual artist Judith White creates a painting in response to the music as Rachel Scott plays the Cello Suite no 5 by J S Bach.

Naturally, the right venue was a must and after a long and careful search, Scott says ‘We think we’ve found the perfect place – the Sala Quattro room at The Italian Forum Cultural Centre in Leichhardt.

The performance is for one night only and tickets are strictly limited.

Tickets; $45 and includes a glass of wine or non-alcoholic drink.
