Willoughby Symphony’s Rhapsody in Blue – An Evening with George Gershwin, showcases the treasured works of George Gershwin, featuring soprano, Trisha Crowe, pianist Hoang Pham, winner of the 2013 ABC Young Performer Award, conducted by Dr Nicholas Milton.
Beginning with An American in Paris, saxophonists and percussionists from across Sydney will join the orchestra to perform this beloved masterpiece, followed by Trisha Crowe’s unforgettable renditions of songs including Stairway to Paradise, S’ Wonderful and Summertime. Hoang Pham is the soloist in Gershwin’s ever-popular masterpiece, Rhapsody in Blue.
