Sydney Eisteddfod Announces Crowd Favourite Finalists
Sydney Eisteddfod announces the ten brilliant finalists in their Crowd Favourite Performances competition after a three-way tie amongst some of the contenders.
The Top Ten Crowd favourites are:
Rescue – Brooke Henderson Dance Studios/ Khachaturian Violin Concerto: I Allegro Con Fermezza – Harry/ Welcome to Hell with an Irish Twist – LA Feeney/ Vesti La Giubba – Sam Elmi/ Piano Trio in D major, Op.70 No. 1 – 1st Movement – Artemis Trio/ NEXART PERCUSSION/ A Quiet Thing – Siobhan Lynch/ Zigeunerweisen – Tracy/ Ex Wives, SIX the Musical, one woman, six voices – María del Rosario Cabrera Martínez/ JPMS Ensemble Brillante (Percussion)/ ‘Stand Up’ – Ablaze Dance Academy
The four most popular acts will be crowned the Crowd Winners and will each receive a prize $1,000!

As well, a jury of industry professionals will also be awarding Four Awards of $500 each to their best performances.
Remember that for the jury awards, these may be given to ANY of the original 33 finalists, regardless of whether they win the public vote or not – so good luck to all who made it to the public rounds!
