The Australian Chamber Orchestra on a wave with ‘The Reef’
The Australian Chamber Orchestra is back in Australia after its tour of the US which included a concert at Carnegie Hall that attracted glowing accolades.

Their next national tour The Reef starts in Darwin in early July and plays in Sydney at the Opera House on Monday July 23rd.
ACO Music Director and Lead Violin Richard Tognetti created The Reef in May 2012 when he travelled to north western Australia to assemble the music and images that comprise this innovative project.

D. Shostakovich: Chamber Symphony
J.S.Bach: Violin Concerto in A minor
Tognetti’s music ensemble has been augmented by an eclectic troupe of artists who include Jon Frank (Photographic Images and Footage); Mick Sowry, Director; Mark Atkins, Didjeridu; Derek Hynd, Surfer; Steve Pigram, Voice; and the emerging musicians of ACO2
