The Choir Of Christ Church St Laurence Sing Haydn, Brahms And Parry
The Choir of Christ Church St Laurence presents its annual Orchestral Mass, celebrating the anniversary of the church’s dedication. This year, the choir will be performing Haydn’s Harmoniemesse, together with motets by Brahms (How Lovely are Thy Dwellings) and Parry (I was Glad).
The Choir is one of the oldest continuing choral groups in Australia and was founded shortly after the consecration of the church in 1845.
Entry is free and the whole service will probably last around two hours.
