The Idea Of North And The Choir Of St James’ ‘Songs Of Christmas’
The Idea of North with The Choir of St James’, King Street, presents Songs of Christmas in which the ARIA Award winning a capella quartet will perform songs from their highly acclaimed Christmas album including The Christmas Song, Mary’s Boy Child, This Christmas, The Silver Stars are in the Sky and A Christmas Medley. They will also perform a delightful selection of arrangements from their ARIA Award-winning album Smile.
The Choir of St James’ will join The Idea of North for some seasonal items to get you in festive spirit. One of Australia’s oldest musical institutions, The Choir of St James’ can trace its lineage back to the early years of the parish. For much of its almost two hundred years of ministry the Choir has been regarded as one of Australia’s foremost Anglican choirs.
St James’ and TION promise a feast of beautiful Christmas music, and of course some good old TION-style entertainment.
