The Sydney Consort Performs Venetian Masters
The Sydney Consort is delighted to present for the first time the inspiring English soprano Amy Moore and renowned cornettist Matthew Manchester to perform an array of early Venetian compositions. Join the ensemble on a musical journey through musica Veneziana and all its evocative arias, supported by strings, continuo and cornetto.
The Sydney Consort will perform music by Venetian composers: Castello, Marini, Monteverdi, Merula and naturally – Antonio Vivaldi.
