The Sydney Mozart Society Presents The Sydney Soloists
The Sydney Mozart Society presents the Sydney Soloists in a programme of music by Haydn , Mozart and Beethoven.
The Sydney Soloists is an ensemble made up of virtuoso chamber musicians drawn mainly from the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, together with virtuoso freelance players. Their concerts combine the musicianship of top-class performers with the rapport of good friends.
In this concert, Sydney Soloist performers Marianne Broadfoot (violin), Kerry Martin (violin), Shelley Soerensen (viola), Rowena Macneish (‘cello), David Papp (oboe), Francesco Celata (clarinet), Matthew Wilkie (bassoon), Robert Johnson (horn) and Bernadette Harvey (piano) join to perform joyous and exuberant music.

Haydn, J – String quartet in D, op 64, no 5, Hob III/63, Lerchenquartett (Lark)
Mozart, W A – Quintet for in A for clarinet, two violins, viola and ‘cello, K 581
Beethoven, L van – Quintet in E flat for oboe, clarinet, bassoon, horn and piano, op 16
Tickets: $30 Adults, $28 Seniors/Pensioner, $8 Full time student under 23, Children under 13 years free admission
Tickets for the concert can be purchased at the Performing Arts Centre booking office on the night of the concert from 7.00PM. Unfortunately, credit card facilities are not available and advance bookings cannot be made.
